We post to all world wide destinations using, First Class Royal mail Post UK With the new weight and size pricing list the cost of delivery has increased.

 

We charge £1.50 Europe and £ 2.00 world zone 1 and 2 for Postage of small orders starting weight is 20grams, anything over will be calculated by amount which follows the UK post office guide lines with our extra postage costs added.

 

All orders will be posted after credit card approval and order processing.

 

The process of credit card transaction will take about 30 seconds, If the amount is over £ 80 we will be doing future credit checks with the bank which can take up to 48 hours at which time the order will be packed.

 

The order will be packed and posted within 48 hours of the completed transaction.

 

Your order should reach you within approx 3-10 working days of dispatch the product

 

Our products are delivered in bubble wrap or tissue inside an envelope, or a padded mailing envelope, to avoid breakages.

 

All products are posted and check in suitable condition Should any package arrive in a damaged state or if we made an error in processing your order, please notify us as soon as possible and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

Complaints Procedure

We offer a refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or broke. If there is a problem please return the items to the address above, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account.

Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.

Cancellation Rights

Customers have 2 days from the date of receiving goods in which to cancel any order. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged, at customer's expense, and a refund, minus original despatch costs, will be issued within 7 days of good's return. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal statutory rights.
